Fall Wedding Deal!

We are working with Groove Madison, a new event venue space downtown, to offer a great Fall Deal for our bridal clients! Book by October 31st, 2018 and receive the following:


Groove Madison Space Rental

Use Groove’s brand new space for your rehearsal dinner, post wedding brunch, bachelorette party or engagement party! You will receive a 3 hour rental of Groove’s space. Groove allows you to bring in your own catering, so no catering minimums or tips/gratuities are required here! Groove’s BYOB Philosophy also allows you to bring your own canned beer, wine, and premixed cocktails in large dispensers. Take home any alcohol you don’ t finish.

All Groove Space Rentals include 1 hour of slo motion video booth rental or Digital Photo Booth. You will receive a 1-2 minute edited video montage or digital slideshow * set to music from your event so that you can remember the day perfectly! Client is responsible for obtaining catering and alcohol for Groove Madison space rental. For any help regarding planning a menu for your Groove Event, please feel free to reach out! We can help! 6.5 hour Day of Coordination Package from Spirit & Style Events

Clients receive a 6.5 hour day of coordination package (between the hours of 11 and 7 PM). A senior event planner will :

  • Set up Ceremony Decor* to include linen placement, candle placement, programs, & signage

  • Set up Welcome Table, Gift Table, Cocktail Tables, Escort Card Tables, Guestbook Area

  • Set up Reception Decor* to include placement of head table decor, linens, candles, photo booth area, guestbook, favors, table numbers, menus, and signage.

  • Coordinate Processional Cues and provide Client with a plan of action fillable sheet for rehearsal dinner

  • Help remind photographer and Client of expected timeline progression and help to ensure that timelines are followed on the day of the event.

  • 1 hour phone conference with Client to review the day of coordination set up about a month before our big day.

  • Contact all vendors and venue and make a vendor schedule to coordinate vendor deliveries and set up on the day of your wedding.

Additional day of coordination hours can be added for an additional fee of $150 per hour, but it is subject to availability. Rental space is also subject to availability. All rental times are first come first serve and we will only do one wedding per weekend for this Fall Deal. Deposit of $499 is due upon signing of contract and then remaining $499 is due within six months of contract signing (final payment must be received no later than April 31st, 2019).

*some restrictions apply. Please inquire if you have extensive set-up needs as this may require a second staff member which would increase this quote by $20 per hour needed. Montage/Slideshow delivery to Client deadline is 3 weeks from event date.
